Shipping Information
We carefully pack every SOHL SKIN order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
UAE Delivery
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping: AED XX (or Free on orders over AED XXX, if applicable)
International Delivery
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Estimated delivery:
- GCC: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–14 business days
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 pm GST are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
